Serengeti #3 offers a dramatic, tailoring-inspired balance of pattern and color. The right front panel features a richly varied animal pattern in black, camel, brown, cream, and muted green, creating organic movement through its layered markings and changing scale. The left front panel provides a calming counterpoint in softly lustrous olive green, bringing depth and sophistication to the asymmetrical composition.

Dimensional ochre-gold lapels frame a serene ivory breast panel, introducing warmth, structure, and sculptural definition. The solid olive-green back echoes the left front panel with a nuanced sheen and quietly sumptuous character. Serengeti #3 is especially suited to refined contemporary, collected, transitional, and globally inspired interiors.

The separately constructed dimensional fabric lapels are professionally sewn into the face of the pillow and remain physically open beneath, allowing a hand to move between each lapel and the pillow face. This meticulous construction creates genuine sculptural depth, luxurious layering, and the architectural character associated with fine tailoring. Created by Kim Melrose in early 2026, the distinctive lapel design is Patent Pending.

Limited Series

Serengeti #3 belongs to the Serengeti Series. Each Tailored Collection Series may include one to eight numbered designs, with only one to eight pillows created in each design. Quantities are exceptionally limited, and sold-out designs may be succeeded by entirely new Series rather than reproduced.
