Returns

We want you to absolutely love your new pillows. If something isn’t quite right, you may return your purchase within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.

How to Start a Return

Simply email us at kmdesignerpillows@icloud.com with your order number and we’ll guide you through the process.

Return Shipping

Because our pillows are hand-crafted in California using premium designer textiles and priced competitively, we are not able to cover return shipping.
Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping items back to us.

We recommend using a trackable service so your return arrives safely.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow a few business days for processing.
