Kim Melrose Designer Pillows creates luxury, hand-crafted pillows made in California using premium designer textiles. Our online store allows you to browse collections, place orders, and contact us for support.
2. Product Descriptions
We make every effort to display colors, patterns, and textures accurately. Because each pillow is handcrafted, slight variations may occur. These variations are part of the artistry and uniqueness of our products.
3. Pricing & Availability
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars.
We offer low flat-rate shipping on all domestic orders. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.
If an item becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we will notify you promptly.
4. Orders & Payment
When you place an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. All payments are processed securely through Shopify’s trusted payment system. We do not store your credit card details.
Once your order is submitted, you will receive an order confirmation by email.
5. Shipping
We ship orders throughout the United States at low flat-rate shipping fees.
Delivery times may vary based on location and carrier volume.
6. Returns & Refunds
We want you to love your new pillows. If something isn’t quite right, you may return your purchase within 14 days of delivery.
Because we offer very low outbound shipping rates, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Items must be returned unused and in original condition.

7. Exchanges
If you would like a different size, color, or style, please contact us at kmdesignerpillows@icloud.com and we will be happy to assist you with an exchange.
