Serengeti #1 presents a sophisticated safari-inspired composition with a distinctly tailored point of view. Softly lustrous olive-green front panels establish a rich, grounded foundation, while dimensional ochre-gold lapels introduce warmth, structure, and striking visual contrast. Framed between them, the breast panel features an expressive animal pattern in black, camel brown, cream, and subtle muted green, creating an artful focal point with organic movement.

The solid olive-green back continues the front panels’ nuanced color and gentle sheen, offering a beautifully cohesive reverse. The separately constructed dimensional fabric lapels are professionally sewn into the face of the pillow and remain physically open beneath, allowing a hand to move between each lapel and the pillow face. This meticulous construction creates genuine sculptural depth, luxurious layering, and the architectural character associated with fine tailoring. Created by Kim Melrose in early 2026, the distinctive lapel design is Patent Pending.

Limited Series

Serengeti #1 belongs to the Serengeti Series. Each Tailored Collection Series may include one to eight numbered designs, with only one to eight pillows created in each design. Quantities are exceptionally limited, and sold-out designs may be succeeded by entirely new Series rather than reproduced.
